Historic, house built in 1920, within a breeding farm
Located at the entrance to the village “Bouzarat”, at an altitude of 750 m
East facing, sunny in the morning, the house remains cool during the day. It offers you a superb panorama of the Auvergne volcanoes, from the start of the Puys chain to Sancy.
The house was renovated in 2014 and offers 110 m², spread over two levels:
- the ground floor
A kitchen-dining room where the local style has been preserved: large fireplace with wood stove (not available for rentals), period staircase, lava stone floor preserved in part of the main room
There you will find the necessary crockery for 6 occupants, and corresponding kitchen equipment (gas hob, hood, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, etc.)

- Upstairs :
3 bedrooms: the blue room with 2 90 cm beds, the orange room with a 140 cm bed, and the purple room with a 140 cm bed also

Access to the farm buildings is not authorized, they are mostly closed, or have a “No entry” sign.
